Our story

From The Pub in Brockton to Center Street

Joe and Deb Sawaya ran The Pub in Brockton before opening Not Just Thaboule. Between them, they bring more than 30 years of restaurant experience to every order.

The idea is simple: cook the Lebanese dishes they love alongside the American comfort food everyone grew up on. Grape leaves and kibbie next to burgers and chicken fingers, all made from fresh ingredients and prepared to order.
